Where is your location?

Patabay is a fully online store and does not have any physical store fronts. This allows you to order our products wherever you are in the country at any time of the day or night through the online platform.

We only have collection points and customer services centers where you can collect your orders and make returns.

How can i track my order?

You can track your order online using our free Order tracking service. All you need is your reference number (found on your order confirmation email), postcode and telephone number.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 3 hours in Nairobi and 24 hours outside Nairobi

What payment methods are accepted by Patabay?

We accept Cash on delivery, M-Pesa and bank as means of payment.

How do I register myself as a seller on Patabay?
